Deja Vu

In the words of the great philosopher, Yogi Berra, "It's like deja vu, all over again." Water is running down the street from a break in the line several houses down. The city trucks and equipment are down there but I haven't seen any people! The water hasn't been turn off yet so there is a trickle and I filled up the bathtub just in case!



I am off until Tuesday. Woo hoo! Going to spend some time in the sewing studio.

Update: It's worse than I thought! It's 7:30 PM. The water meter 2 houses down in sitting on the curb and they just took out my neighbor's driveway because it looks like the leak was under the concrete. What a mess! They just came by to say the water is off. But I'm in good shape. I have a case of Ozarka and the bathtub is full so I can "flush." I feel sorry for my neighbor. Like I said a couple of weeks ago, it's fun living in an old neighborhood with a 60+ year old infrastructure!
